The Greetery - Fresh Summer Flowers

Good morning! I'm popping in today to share a couple of projects featuring some fabulous new products coming your way from The Greetery. The new stamps and dies being introduced this week will be available on Friday morning at 10am on The Greetery's website, so make sure to keep your eyes peeled. In the meantime, let's take a peek at these wonderful stamps!

First up, I have a card featuring the Summer Sketches stamp set. This set has a charming, carefree vibe that is truly lovely.

I'm in a bit of a "forced" limited-supply-challenge these days, so I kept this card nice and simple. I cut a mask to sponge grounding rectangle behind my floral sprig. I also stamped a few tone-on-tone images to fill in the background a bit before removing the mask.

The pierced rectangle adds a subtle border that gives a visible boundary without adding any additional color or bulk and keeps the design nice and clean. The sentiment is from the Simple Things set that I'll share more of in just a minute.

The loose, casual style of this floral is so easy to use and forgiving on the alignment! I love that Betsy also includes solid images in a couple of layers along with the outline image. It really gives you the option to use as many or as few as you like, or to color if that's up your alley. So fun and useful!

My second card today features the new Simple Things set. I have been pining for a eucalyptus set for a very long time, so I was thrilled when I saw this one!

I used the curved bough to create a bit of a wreath surrounding the greeting on my card. A mix of blending and speckles give the background on my card a touch of atmosphere that I love. I also used a mix of flat and foam adhesives to give the wreath plenty of dimension and volume.

I stitched my top panel to a kraft card base to give my card a touch of earthy neutral flair. The twine bow helps on that score as well. Plus, it adds a bit of soft texture to soften the design a bit.

Have you been hoping for a beautiful eucalyptus set, too? Are you as excited as I am about this set? I sure hope so!

That's all I have to share with you today, but there is a list of very talented ladies ready to share even more projects with you. Make sure to stop by and see what they have up their sleeves:

Thank you so much for joining me today! I'll be back tomorrow with more to share, so stay tuned!
