More Papertrey Ink July Release: Cloche Quarters Summer Fillers

Good morning and welcome back for another day of inspiration using the July Papertrey Ink release! I'm back today sharing a card using Betsy's new Cloche Quarters: Summer Fillers stamp set. This set is a follow up to the Cloche Quarters and Cloche Quarters: Spring Fillers stamp sets. I love the variety of images you get in these sets!

I used the watering can on a card the other day, so today I wanted to give the orchids a try. They're really lovely images that I'm sure I'll be reaching for again and again.

Blooming Orchids Card

To start today's card I die cut the Cloche Quarters and Cloche Quarters: Summer Fillers shapes and stamped them with coordinating images. Next, I sponged a Spring Rain card front with the matching ink through the stencil from the Lovely Lace mini kit.

Then, I die cut the center from the panel using the large oval from the Noted: Scalloped A2 Die Collection. I stamped the sentiment from Choose Joy on a white card base and attached the oval frame with foam tape.

Then, I added the orchids with a mix of flat and foam adhesives. The detail on these flowers is simply fantastic!

Well, that's all I have to share today. Thank you so much for joining me! I'll be back tomorrow with more inspiration to share. In the meantime, make sure to check in on BetsyDawnHeatherKeewayLaurie, MichelleStephanie, and Wanda for more projects with these wonderful new stamps. See you later, friends!

  1. The cake stand looks more like a round dining table! Perfect for this card. Can't wait to try out my cake stands in a new way to create a welcoming dining room with flowers.
